I have been coming to Drayton for nearly 35 years as a Denplan patient but I wouldn't recommend people to go to Drayton as they had no vacancies but if I find they had vacancies I would recommend them.

Due to an emergency visit to sort out a tooth today I found Dr Mariya and Nurse Gabi calmly walking me through the examination and x-ray and them completion o treatment. Both were understanding how I felt and continued to over calming words to me by explaining exactly what was happening.

The reason I won't be back is because the increasein my monthly deplan has increased by 43.5% and,at the age of 77 this year it is ti expensive

Both of my children have SEND needs. I felt they were treated with care and respect.

I have been using the practice for years. All the staff here are very friendly and professional. They all go out of their way to help you every time and always put you at ease. They do their utmost best to get you an appointment if you have an emergency.

My first time at this dentist and to say I was nervous was an understatement, so I was already critical when I came in! But, the reception is an inviting and calm room with lovely receptionists being friendly and professional. It had a local and caring vibe as they seemed to be have a first name friendly chatty relationship with everyone who came in! I then had a dentist and assistant (I can’t remember if I even asked their names as I was so nervous) and they made such efforts to reassure me and give me the information I needed. They made sure to ask if I was comfortable with each step of the consultation and I really appreciated this. I saw a scan and X-ray of my teeth which helped me understand where I am at. They talked me through what I should do next. The entire experience was positive for me and has helped to be some important first steps to having a positive mental experience with going to the dentist!

When I first rang for an ‘emergency’ appointment (broken filling, no toothache) the earliest they could offer was over a week away. However they did as they promised, and rang back with a much earlier appointment the next day.

As alongstanding customer at Drayton, it seems that after a few years of turbulence following the retirement of a well respected dental surgeon and his team, the practice has now settled down with a new team and provides a very good service.

The moment you walk into the surgery you are greeted by the helpful, friendly reception staff. My dentist is leona and the surgery is in the outer building, the dental nurse will walk with me to the room, making me feel at ease. Leona is so lovely, warm and chatty. Put at ease, talked to simply explained options and pros and cons of each option, when asked the dentist said what they though overall was the best option based on there knowledge but still left me absolutely free to make my own choice based on all the info.

Appointment was for crown prep but I raised a problem I thought I was experiencing with another tooth. Dentist reviewed records and examined tooth. She said there was a problem with potential infection (had treatment on this tooth previously for this) Options offered for root canal or extraction (+ implant). Given the tooth directly above was missing ( which prev dentist had advised could be cause of historic probs with this tooth I went for extraction. Completed with due consideration to feeling and anxiety. Tooth removed was showing start of infection.

The reception team are second to none. I needed a cancellation following a broken tooth that turned out to be a broken filling. I was offered a date almost immediately but couldn’t make it, they soon called again with a new date that I could make. I feel the team to abide and beyond to get you in front of a dentist and then when you are, they are going excellent too.

The Clinician is always professional and very capable, she explains and shows cleaning techniques and is confident in her own work to extend check up periods, saving unnecessary expense.

I did receive a short notice request to change appointment times which wasn't a problem in its self, just that I was donating blood platelets Friday afternoon and it was a bit rush to get there on time as the donation took a little longer. Highly recommend the surgery, I have been there around 30 years, I would not like to change. Receptionist have also been there a long time and you get to know each other.

Problem occurred with my next hygienist appointment as I am due to have a knee replacement in 3 weeks time. I checked my next appointment and hygienist realised it was less than 3 months after my operation and would need to be rescheduled which she did immediately. When she see's my son (straight after me), she is brilliant and very patient with him as he has Autistic traits and can get overwhelmed. I feel at ease with this dentist and confident that she will calm me as much as possible (necessary when I need any treatment as I hate the injections and the work being done). She's brilliant!

My hygenist spent a long time cleaning my teeth and did a great job. I didn't feel she was rushing at all. Very relaxing visit, even if I do need a tooth taken out next month. My dentist is very nice, and friendly, not too much to report really.However, I was supposed to have a hygienist appointment on the same day which was rescheduled to January. Annoying as it means a separate trip of approx half hour each way, and the timing is less convenient than the original scheduled.

As always from the time I enter the dental Surgury I am welcomed by a polite receptionist and it was a short wait from he time I sat down to being called in for my check up and was on time also. I was greeted by my dental clinician who checked my teeth thoroughly and after that informed me of everything I needed to no about the problem I had with a broken tooth I had and what needed to be done, I was offered two options with a different price range and recommended the better option for me. Feeling comfortable with your dental clinician always helps and makes you feel at ease, and always a praise when they tell you that you are doing a good job with teeth cleaning.

Robert is probably the best dentist I have ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable, very supportive of patients needs, always answers questions in a patient centered manner. Since envisage took over the practice, it has lost the feeling that the individual patient matters, but Robert manages to make the patient feel like they really are at the centre of it all. If robert were to leave the practice, i world follow him in a heartbeat to any other practice regardless of location.

I came in for a consultation, about the possibility of straightening a tooth. Had all the options very clearly explained to me.

I had 3 children with me and we were seen straight away, earlier than scheduled. Dentist was amazing with the kids especially my youngest who is only 2. Took plenty of time with each child and put my eldest at ease who is really frightened of the dentist.

I was apprehensive as I was meeting new dentist but I need not of worried the dentist and her dental nurse were lovely put me at ease and made my me feel comfortable and explained everything the we’re doing. It was a pleasure to meet them.

The Hygienist told me what she was about to do during the procedure and explained how I might indicate that I needed a break if uncomfortable.

Just felt everyone was very professional throughout the appointment. The only problem remains with not being able to access my portal online for the last year. Needs to be fixed, or please change the reminder message that asks patients to fill the form in online.

I had broken a tooth whilst abroad. I contacted the clinic via telephone and left a message asking for an appointment on my return. I received a text back confirming an appointment on the day I returned to the country. Very satisfied with all concerned.

Both staff members were so lovely and caring. They allowed me time to get comfortable and recognised that I was not a fan of the injection they planned for me, however talked to me every step of the way. Fantastic patient care!

Dentist reconstructed my front tooth which had completely shattered (now looks better than original) - also checked mouth ulcer and lip concerns and gave sound advice.

I was welcomed on my arrival. The reception area was clean, tidy and peaceful. When the dentist was ready I was shown to the room and was, once again, welcomed by the dentist and dental nurse. The treatment was explained. I was asked if I was happy with the information and also if I would be happy to be given an injection. The procedure was therefor pain free. I was comfortable at all times. The dentist took great care and made sure I was content with the outcome. I was advised as to what care I should take until the numbness wore off. I was very happy with the whole experience.

The dentist was amazing with both my little girls, although neither of them hesitated to have their check up the lady was very lovely and made both children feel comfortable and happy.

Following the retirement of my long standing dentist Mr Dobbs I was concerned that he would be hard to replace however Rodica has been brilliant and also now offers weekend appointments which suits me better

I can't comment much since I was only here for an annual check-up this time, but the dentist was very lovely, polite and enthusiastic when talking to me about myself & then what I can do for my teeth. The same with the reception staff and the dental assistant.

A filling in one of my front teeth fell out, I rang for an emergency appointment as I am due to go on holiday Saturday. I was given a cancelation for the following day at 9.20, big relief.On arrival I sat for just a few moments before being told the dentist was ready for me. This was not my usual dentist. On entering I was greeted by both dentist and nurse. The work done was of the highest quality and great care was taken to see that not only was I comfortable but that I was completely satisfied with the completed work. Rather than put in a temporary filling, the dentist spent a little more time and put in aa permanent filling which matched my tooth colouring and shape of my tooth to perfection. I was very impressed with her work and the care she showed me.
