Very friendly, professional staff. The receptionists are welcoming, the Dentist is very good explaining what is being done and why very clearly (as I am quite hard of hearing).The Dental assistant is kind and reassuring. On arrival receptionists are always so cheerful and helpful.Rodica my dentist is absolutely amazing and the dental nurses as well.Always a great experience and a pleasure to go there (from a nervous patient)

As I am disabled the whole team really make sure my appointment is as easy as possible. I often received help opening the front door, and am met by the receptionist, sometimes while I am walking up the path. All appointments have been scheduled to the downstairs surgery including Hygienist ones. I am always met with friendliness and courtesy by everyone. Any procedures are expertly carried out, and I feel safe and listened to.

I was over visiting my boyfriend and had a tooth pulled a week prior. I was still in a lot of pain and wanted to get it checked out so I rang for an emergency appt. I got in the same day and saw Dr Bailey. She was amazing and fixed me right up. The following day I went back to double check the clot was still in place and she was so reassuring. Cannot recommend them enough everyone in the practice is so lovely.
